NAPAC Performance Guarantee
The NAPAC Performance Guarantee is a promise made by our members to homeowners ensuring complete and total satisfaction of your home improvement project. At a minimum, each NAPAC member company pledges the following:
- Other than your initial deposit, you will not make any payments until your job is completed to your satisfaction.
- You and your home will be protected by policies from your NAPAC Contractor including workers’ compensation and personal property insurance.
- Your NAPAC Contractor will show proof of being properly licensed.
- Your NAPAC Contractor will guarantee the labor and perform any labor warranty work if required for a period of one year or in accordance with your state’s requirements.
